OUR PROCESS

CONTACT

The first step is to get your ideas down. Our New Client Request Form not only helps us get a feel for what you’re looking for, but can also act as a guide for your planning as it outlines many different elements of a renovation. Click “Contact Us” below to go to the request form. If you would prefer, you can give us a call at the office to discuss your project over the phone. Once we have preliminary information, we will set up a phone consultation with a renovation expert.

PHONE CONSULTATION

During your phone consultation, you will get to discuss your project more thoroughly and chat about possibilities with a project manager. You can go over what you are specifically looking to change as well describe details such as how you want the space to look and function. We want to know what you see when you close your eyes and think of your perfect home or business. If your vision has a few blanks, we’ll help fill in the holes. Our experts have backgrounds in art and creative construction, and we’ll be happy to brainstorm with you.

COST PROPOSAL

Once we know what you’re looking for, we will craft a custom cost proposal for your project. Honesty is our top priority, and with renovations, every project is different. That's why all our proposals are job specific. We take your expectations as well as your budget into account and If you have any questions, we’ll be happy to answer them in detail. When the specifics are arranged, it’s time to get to work!

THE DESIGN PHASE

Clients are always eager to transform their space, but before we begin construction, we must first complete the design phase. During the design phase, we will come on site to take measurements so that we can create plans and drawings for your renovation. You will then choose your products and materials with the help of your product coordinator. This is the phase that you will be most involved in, as it is all about making your ideas come to life.

THE CONSTRUCTION PHASE

Once design and product procurement are complete, we will begin the construction phase! As exciting as this phase is, we know that renovations cause a disruption to your daily life. We try our best to make this process as stress-free as possible and use our time efficiently and effectively. We provide our clients with a construction schedule so they know when to expect different stages of construction, as well as updates throughout the project to keep you informed.
